Here is an idea. What if when you are hit, instead of losing a set amount of health, there is a percentage chance that you will die. This chance goes up every time you are hit but caps at say 90%. So you could die on the first hit, or you could take 15 shots without dying. This opens up the possibility of having lethality as a weapon stat.

More thoughts on this idea…
- BLE devices like the bomb could have varying % chance based on proximity. So, the closer you are when it goes off, the more likely you are to get off’d.
- We could have imaginary “armor” to reduce the chance, which then we could use for the little kids or just for more interesting games.
